Undergraduate Student
Department of Earth and Planetary Science

Research interests: Biogeochemistry, hydrology, carbon cycle

Biography
I am a third-year earth science major with a concentration on ocean studies. I am
interested in learning more about hydrology and the anthropogenic effects on
groundwater systems.

Research
My research interests include everything within the subject of biogeochemistry and hydrology. In the past, I worked with the United States Geological Services to study the decrease of carbon sequestration within the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and the effects of farming runoff from surrounding agriculture fields. In the future, I hope my research will influence change in policy about water waste and runoff pollution.
